About the movie:
The Bourne series is entirely about Jason Bourne,  a highly skilled former CIA assassin suffering from amnesia.

One of the best action movie series to date, the Bourne movie series is based on the #1 best-selling novel by Robert Ludlum. 

SERIES SUMMARY:

The Bourne Identity (2002): The first film introduces us to Jason Bourne, portrayed by Matt Damon, who is discovered floating in the Mediterranean Sea with no memory of his past. As he embarks on a journey to uncover his true identity, Bourne realizes he possesses exceptional combat skills and is pursued by the CIA. He joins forces with Marie Kreutz (Franka Potente), a woman who helps him evade his pursuers while he unravels the truth behind his forgotten past.

Jason Bourne is clueless that he is in the middle of two assassination plots masterminded by the CIA.


The Bourne Supremacy (2004): In the second installment, Bourne finds himself targeted by a covert operation within the CIA. As he seeks answers and revenge for the death of someone close to him, he becomes entangled in a deadly game of cat and mouse with a ruthless assassin named Kirill (Karl Urban). Bourne's relentless pursuit of the truth leads him to confront his own identity and the secrets that the agency is desperate to keep buried. 

His flashbacks are slowly helping him to remember his identity and the reasons why he is being chased by the authorities.

The Bourne Ultimatum (2007): The third film picks up where the previous one left off, with Bourne still on a quest to uncover his past and expose the CIA's dark secrets. He travels across multiple countries, evading capture while attempting to bring down those responsible for his condition. Bourne's search intensifies as he gets closer to the truth, facing off against formidable adversaries and discovering shocking revelations along the way. He must discover his dark past while trying to get ahead of the cops, and federal agents from killing him.

The Bourne Legacy (2012): This installment takes a slightly different approach by introducing a new protagonist, Aaron Cross (Jeremy Renner), who is part of a top-secret CIA program known as Operation Outcome. The events in this movie run parallel to the previous films, exploring the wider conspiracy surrounding the Bourne universe while offering a fresh perspective on covert operations and government intrigue.

Jason Bourne (2016): In the fifth film, Bourne resurfaces after years of hiding. As he confronts new threats and attempts to uncover more hidden truths about his past, he becomes entangled in a global conspiracy that involves government surveillance and high-stakes espionage. Bourne must navigate through intense action sequences and face his most dangerous adversaries yet in order to find answers and regain control of his life.
